Our classic, most frequently used coaching package includes eight 90-minute coaching sessions.

Our focus is the growth of the leader and their impact on the business.
Our style is practical, provokes thinking and provides fresh insight.
The process of self-knowledge increases effectiveness and edge to empowerment and deliver business goals.

Price: £6500 plus vat (plus the cost of the chosen assessment if used) or buy a bundle of hours to scale the support and development required.

A psychometric may be used to add depth for a sprint start, e.g., Hogan, EQI 2.0
